Paul is a 30+ year veteran in Technology Professional Services. He has broad market perspectives and experience, ranging from an entrepreneur in a start-up that grew to over 750 staff, to turnarounds and expansion for mid-market consultancies, to the name brands including Accenture and a Big 4.
He has developed go-to-market strategies, owned P&L responsibility, built scalable sales models, implemented KPI’s and performance management, defined and governed sales processes including pipeline management and forecasting, enabled by CRM and Pricing solutions. As well as being a hands-on billable client partner, while owning a sales quota in the field.
